We are pleased to announce that this week's Lord's Day service will again be held inside the gymnasium. Here are the remaining pieces of need-to-know information as it pertains to this Lord's Day worship service.
Time: 9AM. Try to arrive 10-15 minutes early. This will allow us to work out any last minute needs prior to the worship service.
Location: OEFC/PCS Gymnasium. See directions below.
Seating is arranged to provide the suggested 6' of space between households. There are plenty of seats, but do your best to arrive a bit early so the deacons can make sure everyone is accommodated in the best way possible. The service will broadcast via an FM translator (91.1 FM) for those of you who prefer to participate from your vehicles. You may park in the same (west side) parking area as the previous two Sundays. When you arrive at the parking area gate, deacons will direct you according to your participation preference: inside the gym or outside (from your vehicle). Either option is OK.
Parents with young children, note that there will be no nursery/childcare provided, but please don't let that deter you from attending. We love you and your kids! We know that it can be hard for little ones who aren't quite ready to sustain worship service behaviors for the entire service. Perhaps consider participating inside initially, then moving to your vehicle to listen to the sermon. Of course, you may have your own plan that works better for your family and supports God-centered congregational worship.
As you may know the gymnasium is equipped with a number of doors. We're encouraging you to enter through the large roll-up door located on the west side, unless entering in the northeast door is safer for you. Please watch your step as you make your way to the seating area. There will be brothers standing by to help as needed. Also note, the gym doors will remain open during the service.
Some of you may be wondering about masks, temperature checks, and the like. We trust that each of you will make your own decisions about how to approach these items. As always, if you're not well, please rest at home. The worship service will be available via YouTube later that day.
